First Transit is looking for Customer Service Representatives in Denver, CO to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client: Access-A-Ride. We are seeking compassionate, driven, team-oriented people to serve our elderly and disabled customers by supporting them with transportation solutions. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for:

  • Takes customer calls and accurately books trips based on customer needs and Access-a-Ride policy
  • Provides quality customer service
  • Responds to customer inquiries by providing timely and accurate information or directing caller to appropriate resource
  • Meets or exceeds established performance requirements
  • Remains knowledgeable of pertinent policies and procedures
  • Adheres to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements
  • Other duties as required

To qualify as a Customer Service Representative, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
  • Must have 1 year of customer service experience 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with professional, customer-focused telephone etiquette
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to promote teamwork and cooperation
  • To be proficient in time management and multi-tasking
  • To work flexible hours
  • To excel at client service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • The ability to learn dispatch and scheduling applications
  • The ability to sit for extended hours in an office environment
