Join First Transit as a Customer Service Manager! In this role, you will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and request about our transportation services. Also, oversee the bus operators and road supervisors.

Our Customer Service Managers are responsible for: 

  • Directly dealing with customers either by phone, email, or face to face. 
  • Responds promptly to customer inquires and resolves complaints. 
  • Identifies and escalates priority issues. 
  • Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints. 
  • Records details of actions taken.
  • Oversees the road supervisors and delegates work 
  • Manages the workforce in the inbound call center. 
  • Manages the tape request and deliveries. 

To qualify as a Customer/Control Service Manager, you'll need: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service in the transportation industry
  • Must demonstrate and must always act in a professional manner
  • Effectively use Microsoft programs to provide information, research and validate operational services
